Good communication is the key to getting your point across and ensuring that your colleagues and customers understand and willingly receive messages important to your organization, company, and/or ourselves. The biggest benefit of effective communication is added ability to build and manage positive relationships with those same colleagues and customers. This webinar incorporates both the use of mindfulness practices and anti-racism discussions on how implicit biases arise from lack of racial awareness and privilege(s).
